You should all have received notification via mail of our changes in terms and pricing thta went live on 6 October 2008. Many thanks for he feedback that we have received, all of which is useful in helping us tailor our offering to your needs.
In the letter sent with statements there was mention of a green initiative - please ignore this as we have found a better way to deliver information electronically with no inconvenience to yourselves - apologies if this caused concerns.
